Can I charge three devices at once?
The station has three charging areas for a compatible phone, watch and wireless charging earbuds case. Charging performance depends on the devices, their alignment and the power supply used.
Does the station need to be plugged in?
Yes. Wireless refers to the connection between your devices and their charging spots. The station itself must stay connected to a suitable external power source; it is not a power bank.
Can I leave my phone case on?
That depends on the case. Thick cases, metal accessories and some grips can interfere with alignment and wireless charging. Contact us with your phone and case model if you are unsure.
Are the phone, watch and earbuds included?
No. The devices in the photographs show how the station is used. They are not included with the charging station.
Can I take it travelling?
The stand folds down for packing. At your destination, it still needs a suitable power supply and the correct plug for the country you are visiting.
